01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ph143. By accessing or using ph143.best — whether to browse, register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, play Tongits or any other game, or use any service offered by ph143 — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding contract between you and ph143. If you are using ph143 on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not have that authority, or if you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use ph143.

ph143 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. 02 Account Registration

To access betting, gaming, and financial services on ph143, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is free and open to eligible residents of the Philippines aged 18 and above.

When registering on ph143, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Register only one account per person. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited on ph143.
• Not allow any other person to use your ph143 account or share your login credentials.
• Notify ph143 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

ph143 reserves the right to verify your identity and the accuracy of the information you provide at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to complete identity verification when requested may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

03 Eligible Users

The services offered by ph143 are intended for adult Filipino users. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ph143 does not knowingly accept registrations from users under 18, and any account found to belong to an underage user will be closed immediately with deposits returned but winnings forfeited.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by ph143 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• Participating in online betting and gaming through ph143 is legal under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee of ph143, nor an immediate family member of a ph143 employee, for the purposes of bonus eligibility.

04 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph143 account credentials — your username, password, and any one-time PINs used for two-factor authentication. ph143 will never ask for your full password via email, SMS, or live chat.

Any activity that occurs under your ph143 account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorized person, you must notify ph143 immediately at support@ph143.best so that appropriate security measures can be taken. ph143 cannot reverse transactions that were authorized using valid login credentials before you reported a security concern.

ph143 recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. Do not share your ph143 login details with any third party, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent ph143.

05 Deposits

ph143 accepts deposits from Filipino players through the following locally supported payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and major Philippine bank online platforms including BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards are also accepted.

All deposits to ph143 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, though individual bank and e-wallet limits set by your provider may apply.

ph143 does not charge any deposit processing fees on its end. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. ph143 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

• Deposits are credited to your ph143 wallet in real time for GCash, Maya, and GrabPay.
• InstaPay and PESONet transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — even from a partner or family member — are not permitted and may be refunded.
• ph143 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity.

06 Withdrawals

ph143 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed in under 3 minutes from the time of your request. InstaPay bank transfers are processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfers via PESONet may take up to one banking day.

To request a withdrawal on ph143:

• Your account must be fully verified. If identity verification has been requested and not yet completed, withdrawals will be held until verification is passed.
• The withdrawal destination must be a payment account registered in the same name as your ph143 account. ph143 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, though very large withdrawals may require additional identity checks.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted and confirmed by the system.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. See Section 7 for bonus terms.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

ph143 offers bonuses and promotional credits to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general bonus rules:

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiple (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered that number of times before any withdrawal can include the bonus or winnings derived from it.
• Only one active bonus per account at any time. New bonuses cannot be claimed while a previous bonus is still subject to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be combined with any other promotion unless explicitly stated.
• ph143 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it believes the bonus is being exploited, abused, or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion — including, but not limited to, matched betting using bonus funds, or the use of automated tools.
• Bonus offers are made to individual members in good faith. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a serious breach of these terms.
• ph143 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ph143 are subject to the general betting rules set out here, as well as sport-specific and market-specific rules published within the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed by ph143, the odds are locked in and cannot be changed.
• A bet is not placed until you receive a confirmation from ph143. Bets that do not receive a confirmation — due to connection errors, system errors, or other issues — are not binding on either party.
• ph143 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet, or to limit the maximum bet amount for any user on any market, at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, ph143 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the incorrect price and to return stakes to affected accounts.
• All live in-play betting is subject to real-time odds changes. ph143 does not guarantee that any particular price will be available for any given period during a live event.
• The minimum single bet on ph143 is ₱50 for most markets. Market-specific minimums are displayed within the betting interface.

09 Voided Bets

ph143 may void a bet — returning the stake to your account — in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled before completion, and no result can be determined.
• The event is declared a No Contest by the relevant sports authority.
• An obvious error was made in the publication of the odds or the event details.
• The bet was placed in violation of these terms or the specific rules of the relevant sport or market.
• Circumstances outside the control of ph143 — including but not limited to force majeure events — prevent the event from being completed.

Where part of a multi-bet (parlay) leg is voided, the void leg is treated as a non-runner and the parlay is recalculated on the remaining legs. Where all legs of a multi-bet are voided, the full stake is returned.

10 Responsible Gaming

ph143 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment — not a way to make money, solve financial problems, or cope with personal difficulties. ph143 encourages all members to keep this in mind.

ph143 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your ph143 account. Limits can be reduced immediately and increased only after a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Reaching this limit will automatically suspend further betting until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of play to remind you how long you've been logged in.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from ph143 for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to register a new account, and ph143 will take reasonable steps to identify and close any new account you attempt to open.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph143 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on ph143, whether in the same name or under a different name or identity.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering, or using ph143 for the purpose of laundering money.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit the ph143 platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to achieve an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or system vulnerabilities — whether on ph143's platform or on the platforms of third-party suppliers.
• Attempting to claim bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the promotion, including matched betting using bonus funds.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your location or circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Making or attempting to make withdrawals to third-party accounts not registered in your name.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

ph143 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, duplicate accounts, or unauthorized use of payment methods.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to close the account.

Upon permanent account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawn bonuses and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification. ph143 is not obliged to return bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure due to a breach of terms.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting ph143 support at support@ph143.best. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on ph143.best — including but not limited to the ph143 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game content, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of ph143 or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use ph143.best for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ph143 content without explicit written permission from ph143.

Scraping odds data, copying betting markets, or reproducing ph143 content for commercial purposes without authorization is a serious breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

14 Privacy

ph143 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (Republic Act 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. 15 Changes to These Terms

ph143 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph143 will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered members via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of ph143.best after any changes to these Terms and Conditions are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using ph143 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of ph143 that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, ph143 encourages members to contact our support team to attempt an informal resolution. The majority of account and payment disputes can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication with the ph143 support team.

ph143 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, to the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law.
